[วันที่ 20 พฤศจิกายน 2568, ไต้หวัน] ตามที่เครือข่ายบริหารการวิจัยภาคเหนือตอนบน (UNRN) ได้นำคณะผู้บริหารและคณะทำงานเดินทางไปประชุมสัญจร ศึกษาดูงาน และกระชับความสัมพันธ์ทางวิชาการ ณ ประเทศไต้หวัน ระหว่างวันที่ 17-21 พฤศจิกายน 2568
เมื่อวันที่ 20 พฤศจิกายน 2568 เครือข่ายฯ ได้ดำเนินการพิธีลงนามใน หนังสือแสดงเจตจำนง (Letter of Intent – LOI) ร่วมกับ Taipei National University of the Arts (TNUA) แห่งไต้หวัน ซึ่งเป็นสถาบันอุดมศึกษาชั้นนำด้านศิลปะ
คณะทำงานฯ นำโดย ประธานเครือข่ายฯ ศาสตราจารย์เกียรติคุณ ดร.สัญชัย จตุรสิทธา พร้อมด้วยคณะทำงานรวม 17 ท่าน จาก 15 สังกัด 9 มหาวิทยาลัย ได้ร่วมเป็นสักขีพยานในเอกสารสำคัญดังกล่าว โดยได้รับเกียรติจาก Prof. Hsi-Chuan Liu, President, Taipei National University of the Arts ให้การต้อนรับและร่วมลงนามในครั้งนี้
เป้าหมายของการขยายความร่วมมือ
การลงนาม LOI กับ TNUA ถือเป็นการขยายมิติความร่วมมือระหว่างเครือข่ายฯ กับสถาบันต่างประเทศให้ครอบคลุมและหลากหลายยิ่งขึ้น โดยเน้นในประเด็นหลัก ดังนี้:
1.การผนวกงานวิจัยกับศิลปวัฒนธรรม: สร้างความร่วมมือเพื่อผลักดันงานวิชาการและงานวิจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องกับ งานด้านศิลปะ วัฒนธรรม และประเพณี ซึ่งเป็นจุดแข็งและเอกลักษณ์ของภาคเหนือตอนบน
2.การสร้างเครือข่ายนานาชาติ: แสวงหาโอกาสในการเชื่อมโยงคณาจารย์และนักวิจัยกับสถาบันอุดมศึกษาในต่างประเทศ เพื่อแลกเปลี่ยนองค์ความรู้ และพัฒนาโจทย์วิจัยร่วมกัน
3.การเสริมสร้างความเข้มแข็ง: ยกระดับมาตรฐานงานวิจัยและงานวิชาการของสถาบันสมาชิกภายใต้เครือข่ายฯ สู่ระดับสากล เพื่อก่อให้เกิดการพัฒนาภูมิภาคอย่างยั่งยืน
Upper Northern Research Management Network (UNRN) Teams Up with Taiwan’s TNUA, ‘President Prof. Hsi-Chuan Liu’ Signs to Expand Dimensions of Cooperation in Arts, Culture, and Research
[November 20, 2025, Taiwan] Following the Upper Northern Research Management Network (UNRN)’s delegation of executives and working teams to Taiwan for an itinerant meeting, study tour, and academic relationship strengthening between November 17-21, 2025.
On November 20, 2025, the Network held a signing ceremony for a Letter of Intent (LOI) with the Taipei National University of the Arts (TNUA) in Taiwan, a leading institution of higher education in the arts.
The working team, led by Network Chairman Prof. Emeritus Dr. Sanchai Jaturasitha, along with 17 working members from 15 affiliations across 9 universities, witnessed the signing of this important document. The event was honored by the presence of Prof. Hsi-Chuan Liu, President, Taipei National University of the Arts, who hosted the delegation and co-signed the agreement.
Goals of Expanding Cooperation
The signing of the LOI with TNUA marks the expansion of the Network’s cooperation dimension with international institutions to be more comprehensive and diverse, focusing on the following key issues:
1. Integrating Research with Arts and Culture: Establishing cooperation to promote academic work and research related to the arts, culture, and traditions, which are the strengths and unique identities of the Upper Northern region.
2. Building an International Network: Seeking opportunities to connect faculty members and researchers with international higher education institutions for the exchange of knowledge and the development of joint research proposals.
3. Strengthening Capacity: Elevating the standard of research and academic work of member institutions under the Network to an international level, aiming for sustainable regional development.
