[วันที่ 18 พฤศจิกายน 2568, ไต้หวัน] เครือข่ายบริหารการวิจัยภาคเหนือตอนบน ประสบความสำเร็จครั้งสำคัญในการสร้างความร่วมมือทางวิชาการและวิจัยระดับนานาชาติ นำโดย ประธานเครือข่ายฯ ศาตราจารย์เกียรติคุณ ดร.สัญชัย จตุรสิทธาพร้อมด้วยคณะทำงานผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ รวม 17 ท่าน จาก 15 สังกัด 9 มหาวิทยาลัย ตัวแทนจาก 27 สถาบันอุดมศึกษา ภายใต้เครือข่ายบริหารการวิจัยภาคเหนือตอนบนได้เดินทางไปประชุมสัญจร ศึกษาดูงาน และร่วมเป็นสักขีพยานในพิธีลงนามครั้งสำคัญ
การลงนามใน หนังสือแสดงเจตจำนง (Letter of Intent – LOI) ดังกล่าว เป็นการผนึกกำลังกับ College of Agriculture and Natural Resources, National Chung Hsing University (NCHU) ประเทศไต้หวัน โดยมี Prof. Dr. Chih-Feng Chen ท่านคณบดีของ College of Agriculture and Natural Resources, National Chung Hsing University (NCHU), Taiwan ซึ่งเป็นสถาบันชั้นนำด้านเกษตรกรรมและทรัพยากรธรรมชาติ
นอกเหนือจากนี้ คณะทำงานเครือข่ายฯ ยังได้ลงนามความร่วมมือกับ Taiwan Thailand International Talent Circulation Base, Chiang Mai (TTICB) โดยมี Prof. Chou, Chi-Chung ซึ่งเป็นรองอธิการบดีของ National Chung Hsing University (NCHU), Taiwan มาตอนรับอีกด้วย ทั้งนี้เพื่อสร้างกลไกในการหมุนเวียนและพัฒนาบุคลากรที่มีความสามารถ (Talent Circulation) ระหว่างไต้หวันและประเทศไทย โดยมีศูนย์กลางอยู่ที่เชียงใหม่ ซึ่งจะเสริมสร้างโอกาสให้นักวิจัยและบุคลากรจากภาคเหนือสามารถเข้าถึงเครือข่ายและความรู้จากไต้หวันได้โดยง่าย ความร่วมมือครั้งนี้มีเป้าหมายหลักเพื่อสร้างความร่วมมือทางวิชาการและวิจัย แลกเปลี่ยนองค์ความรู้ และพัฒนาโจทย์วิจัยร่วมกันในสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง แสวงหาเครือข่ายใหม่ สร้างโอกาสให้คณาจารย์และนักวิจัยได้เชื่อมโยงกับสถาบันอุดมศึกษาในต่างประเทศ ยกระดับงานวิจัย ผลักดันงานวิจัยของภาคเหนือสู่มาตรฐานสากลและก่อให้เกิดประโยชน์ต่อชุมชน และเพื่อเสริมสร้างความเข้มแข็งทางวิชาการให้แก่ภูมิภาคอย่างยั่งยืน

The Upper Northern Research Management Network (UNRMN) had a huge success in starting new international projects and research partnerships!
The group, led by Chairperson Emeritus Professor Dr. Sanchai Jaturasitha, included 17 members from 9 universities and 27 colleges in Upper Northern Thailand. They traveled to Taiwan for meetings, study trips, and to officially sign important papers.
The first Letter of Intent (LOI) signed was with the College of Agriculture and Natural Resources, National Chung Hsing University (NCHU), Taiwan’s top school for agriculture. The Dean, Professor Dr. Chih-Feng Chen, was present for the signing.
They also signed a deal with the Taiwan Thailand International Talent Circulation Base (TTICB) in Chiang Mai. Professor Chou, Chi-Chung, Vice President of NCHU, welcomed the delegation. This deal will help talented researchers and staff from the North easily share knowledge and move between Thailand and Taiwan.
The main goals of these partnerships are:
To start new research and academic projects together.
To share knowledge and find new global partners for faculty and researchers.
To improve the quality of research in Northern Thailand to meet international standards and help local communities.
